These headsets allow uninterrupted communications with others, but electronics will instantly suppress harmful impact noises when detected. Unit will run for 500+ hours use with 2 AAA batteries. They have a 21 dB NRR noise reduction rating and come in a Coyote Brown cup color. They are held in place with a headband that provides a better fit and thus more reliable attenuation.
