TacFire's AR-15 Slim handguard is a one-piece free-float design constructed of 6061-T6 anodized aircraft grade aluminum for strength and durability. The handguard features four sides of M-Lok slots and is compatible with most M-Lok accessories. The AR-15 Slim also utilizes two top Picatinny 1913 rail sections will accept Picatinny/Weaver accessories. The clamp on barrel nut system eliminates the need to "time" the barrel nut, and wedge nuts underneath provide a secure hold that prevents the hand guard from rotating or coming loose. A barrel nut and mounting hardware are included.
